Our villa is located in Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Ovacık, with a view of nature and Babadağ. Oludeniz beach is 5 minutes away by car. 4 bedrooms villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Heating Indoor Pool for 8 people… It provides service for 12 months in summer and winter.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in our villa and all rooms are air-conditioned.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner and laundry room. There is also a large and spacious terrace for common use with the next room.
2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and a side room and a large and spacious terrace for common use.
3. Bedroom: There is 2 Single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, en-suite bathroom/WC and a large private balcony to the room.
4. Bedroom: There is 2 Single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, en-suite bathroom/WC and a large private balcony to the room.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, tea maker, pan, pots, cutlery.
Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and a 6-person dining table in the living room. There is a direct exit from the living room to the poolside. There is also a shared WC on the living room floor.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 4 x 8 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters in the private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There are 4 sun loungers and 1 swing by the pool.
Garden: There is a private pool in the private garden. There is also a dining table and barbecue/BBQ in the garden of our villa.

Important Disclosure

Our price list is given below on a weekly basis. Our prices include electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance and pool maintenance. There is no extra charge.
Damage deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1500 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Note : 7 days (note less than 7 days, 500 TL cleaning fee is required. For material and moral damages that may occur during the rental period, a damage deposit of 1,000 TL to 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance of the villa. The damage deposit is made on the last day of your holiday after the necessary checks, if a If damage has not been determined, it will be returned to you.
